Account and contact details you submit (name, email, company) through briefs or signup; payment information processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number); briefings and instructions you give the agent; and site analytics (page views, events) collected via Google Analytics.
To operate and bill the service, to respond to briefs and support requests, to improve the agent's performance for your account, and to measure site performance. We do not sell your personal information.
Instructions and data you share with the agent are processed to perform the service. Content tagged by you as sensitive is not processed through third-party cloud models without your explicit approval.
Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, email delivery), e2a (agent email infrastructure), and our hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own policies.
We retain account data while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, after which it is deleted on request. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing briefs@roizilla.com.
We use only the cookies required for analytics and site functionality; no advertising trackers.
